Larger and stronger than humans, but not as smart or dexterous. The orcs generally dominate the goblinoids, since they are bigger then the goblins, and smarter then the ogres. They have two powerful political entities in the Theocracy of Rai-dul, and The Orkan Horde. Smaller groups can be found throughout most of the known world.
