The following are insults used by and against the various races. In some instances the origin of the term is identified.
Dwarves
Alvenian lapdog (or lapdog): Most commonly used by elves. Refers to the help the dwarves in the Iron Mountains received from the Alvenian Empire, which allowed them to expand their territory. They have lost territory since the Empire collapsed, another sore spot.
Earth pigs: A common insult used by all. Refers to the dwarven tendency to root around in the earth.
Hairballs: A common insult used by all. Small compact balls of hair, and not much more!
Topsiders (or Sunsiders): A dwarven term for other dwarves living on the surface.
Elves
Goblin bitch (or goblin's bitch): Most commonly used by dwarves. The dwarves may have allied with the Alvenians during the time of the Empire, but at least they didn't ally with the goblins.
Half-elf: Used by elves of the Sylvenian Confederacy to refer to “other” elves, or sometimes to elves who spend a little too much time with other races and don't embrace what it fully means to be an elf.
House elf: Used by elves to describe those elves that live among the other races.
Tree hugger: A common insult used by all. Their precious “trees” are more important then their friends.
Goblins
Elf maid: Used by orcs. Refers to the old alliance goblins had with the elves during the Empire.
Gobbos: A common insult, probably just a play on their name.
Goobers: A common insult, probably just a play on their name.
