Origin: Dal-Tahir

One head of a double headed axe is stuck into the ground, with the other head exposed and facing up. Participants take turns falling forward toward the axe head. The individual attempts to stop their motion with their arms before their chest strikes the axe’s edge. Heavy alcohol consumption seems a mandatory part of this contest. This game is also popular in The North.
